By purchasing from 511 Innovations, customers agree to the policies outlined below.
Terms & Conditions
511 Innovations provides custom wiring services, electrical components, apparel, decals, and specialty products for motorsports and performance vehicles.
Due to the specialized nature of these products, customers acknowledge that proper installation and use may require technical knowledge or professional installation.
511 Innovations reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
Custom Wiring Orders
Many products offered by 511 Innovations are custom-built or made-to-order.
Because of this:
• Custom wiring harnesses are non-refundable once production begins
• Deposits may be required prior to starting work
• Lead times may vary depending on workload, project complexity, and parts availability
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle, components, and system requirements before work begins.
511 Innovations is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Installation Responsibility
Unless installation services are specifically provided by 511 Innovations, customers are responsible for proper installation.
511 Innovations is not responsible for damage caused by:
• Improper installation
• Incorrect wiring modifications
• Improper grounding
• Misuse or operation outside intended applications
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
Motorsports & Off-Road Use Disclaimer
Many products sold by 511 Innovations are intended for off-road, racing, or specialty vehicle applications.
Motorsports and performance modifications involve inherent risks.
By purchasing and using these products, the customer assumes full responsibility for their use and installation.
511 Innovations shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use of our products.
Return & Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, return eligibility varies.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom wiring harnesses
• Special-order electrical components
• Products modified or installed
• Custom-built systems
Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Eligible Returns
Non-custom items such as apparel, decals, unopened parts may be returned if:
• Request a RMA to initiate a return within 14 days of delivery
• Item is unused and in original condition
• Original packaging is included
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
All returns must be approved prior to shipping.
There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.
Refund will be issued after your return is received and inspected. If approved, credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or parts are missing, aside from our error, a partial refund may be issued.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only completed on defective or damaged upon arrival items.
Order Cancellations
Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled prior to shipment.
Orders cancelled after processing prior to shipment pick-up will incur a 10% cancellation fee plus any applicable credit card billing fees.
Custom wiring orders cannot be cancelled once materials have been ordered or production has begun.
Exceptions are at the sole discretion of 511 Innovations.
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Shipping times vary depending on:
• Product availability
• Custom build timelines
• Current order volume
Customers will receive tracking information once an order has shipped.
511 Innovations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Drop Shipments
Some products sold by 511 Innovations may ship directly from our distributor or manufacturer partners through drop shipping fulfillment.
This allows us to offer a wider range of products and faster fulfillment from supplier warehouses.
Order Processing
Orders placed for drop-shipped items are transmitted to our distributor for fulfillment after payment has been processed.
Processing times may vary depending on supplier inventory, order volume, and warehouse operations.
Orders may ship from multiple locations depending on the items purchased.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times for drop-shipped products are based on information provided by the distributor or manufacturer.
511 Innovations does not control distributor shipping timelines and cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Shipping delays may occur due to:
• Inventory shortages
• Manufacturer backorders
• Carrier delays
• Weather or logistics disruptions
Inventory Availability
Product availability displayed on our website may not always reflect real-time distributor inventory levels.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, customers will be notified and given the option to:
• Wait for restock
• Choose an alternative product
• Receive a refund for the unavailable item
Backorders
Some products may be placed on backorder if distributor inventory is temporarily unavailable.
Customers will be notified if an item is backordered and may choose to wait for shipment or cancel the item for a refund.
Returns on Drop-Shipped Products
Returns for drop-shipped items may be subject to distributor return policies.
Some products may require return authorization from the manufacturer or distributor before they can be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Certain products may be subject to restocking fees depending on distributor policies.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a drop-shipped product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify 511 Innovations within 5 days of delivery.
Photos of the product and packaging may be required in order to process a replacement or claim with the distributor.
Pricing Errors
In rare cases, pricing errors may occur due to supplier price changes or catalog updates.
511 Innovations reserves the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors and issue a full refund.
Compatibility Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility with their vehicle or application prior to purchase.
511 Innovations is not responsible for fitment issues on drop-shipped parts that were incorrectly ordered.
Supplier Fulfillment
By placing an order for drop-shipped products, the customer acknowledges that fulfillment, packaging, and shipping may be handled by third-party distributors or manufacturers.
Warranty Policy
511 Innovations warrants that products are free from defects in workmanship at the time of delivery.
Due to the harsh environments often associated with motorsports and off-road vehicles, no extended warranty is guaranteed unless stated otherwise.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
• Improper installation
• Electrical overload
• Environmental damage
• Physical damage or accidents
• Unauthorized modifications

Intellectual Property
All wiring designs, documentation, diagrams, and proprietary materials produced by 511 Innovations remain the intellectual property of 511 Innovations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
